Power Bootcamp: $180/camper, 3 days/week
Sweat, Burn, Results!!! From strength training to interval training to flexibility training, this workout is a total body experience. Power Bootcamps fuse together a wide variety of exercises to give you the challenging workout you need to get results you want! So if your goal is to transform your entire body and improve your functionality in the process, then a Power Bootcamp is the class for you.
Ultimate Bootcamp: $240/camper, 4 days/week (College Ultimate $160)
As stated in the name, this class is truly the ULTIMATE bootcamp workout. Meeting four days a week, this workout is guaranteed to push you beyond your normal fitness limits. Come ready to burn more fat, gain more muscle, and challenge yourself to reach new heights in your fitness program. Remember, No Gutz No Glory!! Oh yeah, and be sure to bring extra towels J
College Bootcamp: $120/camper, 3 days/week
*All college students pay only $120 for college and power bootcamps.

Private Bootcamp sessions are designed to accommodate smaller groups. So bring a group of your closest friends, coworkers, or family members, and get ready to sweat! After all, the family that sweats together stays together. J
Personal Training: $210/6 Pack (6hrs)
